Drawing Project

Description: 

This project was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright's stained glass design. Using different shapes and lines, we got to design our own stained glass. I decided to incorporate almost all shapes in my designs, using only 3 colors. I chose vibrant colors to really have them pop when you put them on a window and the sunlight hits them. 

Extension Activity: 

Students create a stained glass self-portrait using abstract shapes and limited colors to represent their personality, interests, or emotions, similar to how Henry Moore used shape and form to express meaning.
